Former Executives of Maxium Financial Announce Launch of Care Lending Group

July 22, 2021 – Care Lending Group (CLG) is pleased to announce the launch of its new financing company. CEO Paul McLean is joined by former colleagues Andrew Sunn, Dan Gilchrist, and Tim Trimper. CLG’s initial focus will be on providing financing solutions to the Golf and Healthcare markets, where the group has extensive industry expertise.

Paul has a breadth of experience in private and public companies, with proven success in establishing, developing, and managing a privately held financing business. Paul is also the CEO of Turf Care Products Canada and an avid supporter of the Golf community.

A CPA since 1993, Andrew brings more than 25 years of finance and accounting expertise, with oversight of all aspects of financial reporting, analysis and information technology. Andrew also holds the position of CFO at Turf Care Products Canada.

Dan has been involved in financing for over 25 years, bringing a broad background of lending and leadership expertise across numerous industries in both Canadian and global markets.

With over 25 years of management expertise in the Golf industry, Tim brings a wealth of knowledge leading sales professionals in designing creative lending solutions specific to the Golf industry. Tim is also the President of Turf Care Products Canada.

With over 25 years of administration, customer service, and documentation management, Anna brings a wealth of knowledge and skills consistently delivering a high-quality level of portfolio administration and customer service to our lease and finance markets.

Keith recently came out of retirement to direct the credit and risk functions at CLG. Prior to this, Keith had a 37 year career in Sun Life’s Investment department where he gained experience in a broad range of investment asset classes.

With over 20 years experience in Golf Financing, Toby brings hands on creative, flexible solutions for leasing and financing needs in the golf industry.

With time spent in the automotive, equipment finance and golf industries, Lindsay has a broad range of skills and over 10 years experience that she brings to the role.
